Delegates’ Accommodation

Complimentary accommodation in a shared twin bedroom will be provided at La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix, which is within walking distance of the meeting venue Congress Center Le Majestic for 3 nights, from 12–15 January 2027.

If you select the accommodation opt-out option, no accommodation will be booked for you, and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation.

Please note:

Additional hotel nights must be booked directly with the hotel at your own cost. EAACI will not book any accommodation outside the three nights mentioned above.

The purpose of the Winter School is to allow maximum interaction between participants and speakers. Therefore, accompanying persons are not encouraged.

If you would prefer to share a twin bedroom with another registered delegate, kindly inform us by 25 November 2026 at education@eaaci.org. Please include the name, country, and email address of the other registered delegate. Requests received after this date will not be accepted. Room allocation is subject to hotel availability, and EAACI cannot guarantee final room allocation.

Faculty Accommodation

Faculty accommodation will be booked at the same hotel as the delegates’ accommodation, in rooms exclusively reserved for faculty members.
