For Faculty Members, Oral Presenters, and Poster Presenters

Faculty Members and Oral Abstract Presenters

  • Presentation: Please use the official PowerPoint template that will be provided to prepare your presentation materials.
  • Please bring your presentation in PPT format on a USB stick. A technician will be available onsite to assist you with uploading it to the main PC. Please contact the technician well in advance of your session to allow sufficient time for the upload.
  • Conflict of Interest: According to UEMS regulations, all oral abstract presenters are required to disclose any conflicts of interest at the beginning of their presentation, as the second slide. Please note that this is mandatory.
  • Schedule: Please reconfirm your final presentation time online before the event starts, in case of any updates or changes to the programme schedule here.

Poster Abstract Presenters

  • Printing: Please note that there will be NO printing facilities available at the venue. We kindly advise you to print your poster before travelling to the event and bring it with you.
  • Poster Material: The maximum poster size must not exceed 80 cm width x 118 cm height and must be in portrait orientation.
  • Programme: Please reconfirm your final presentation time online before the event starts, in case of any updates or changes to the programme schedule here.
  • Your abstract prefix number will be used to locate your assigned space in the poster area.
  • Posters will be displayed on a rotation basis. Therefore, please hang your poster only on the day of your presentation. Posters must be removed immediately after the end of your poster session.
