Registration for EAACI Junior Members

To benefit from free registration, your EAACI Junior Membership must be active at the time of abstract submission. If your membership is not active at that time, your application will be treated as a non-member application.

Travel costs must be covered by the participant.

Registration for the Winter School includes:

Complimentary accommodation in a shared twin bedroom for 3 nights, from 12–15 January 2027. Please note that if you select the accommodation opt-out option, no accommodation will be booked for you, and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation.

• Welcome reception on Tuesday
• Dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Coffee breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Accommodation, including breakfast, at La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix, which is within walking distance of the meeting venue: Congress Center Le Majestic.

Any additional hotel nights must be booked directly with the hotel at your own expense. EAACI will not arrange accommodation beyond the 3 nights specified above.

The Winter School aims to maximise interaction between participants and speakers. Therefore, accompanying persons are not encouraged. Social events are exclusively for registered participants.

If you would prefer to share a twin bedroom with another registered delegate, kindly inform us by 25 November 2026 at education@eaaci.org. Please include the name, country, and email address of the other registered delegate.

Requests received after this date will not be accepted. Room allocation is subject to hotel availability, and EAACI cannot guarantee final room allocation.

If you wish to use your EAACI voucher for payment, please enable the “Voucher” button on the “Summary & Submit” page. Please note that once your registration has been submitted, voucher payment is no longer applicable.
