Badges and Identification

Print@home: To expedite the registration process and ensure a smooth check-in, we are pleased to offer the option of printing your badge in advance at home. You will receive the Print@home e-mail 5 days before the event.

This badge should be worn at all times in order to gain access to the session rooms and other events. Please note that access to the meeting areas will not be permitted without an official event badge. Your badge will be scanned at the entrance to session rooms for CME accreditation and internal EAACI statistical purposes.

Currency

The local currency is the euro (EUR).

Language

The official language of the meeting is English.

Mobile Phone Policy

Please respect the meeting policy and keep your mobile phone on silent in all meeting rooms.

Telephone

The international access code for France is +33. In case of emergency, call 112.

Visa

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding entry into France. If you require a letter of invitation, please contact registration@eaaci.org once your registration fee has been settled.

Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time before making your bookings.

Certificate of Attendance

The Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded after completing the delegate survey, which will be sent by email after the event.

By participating in the Winter School 2027, delegates understand that recording digital content and capturing images or videos for public sharing are prohibited.
