1 To benefit from the EAACI Member discount, please note that an active and fully paid membership is required at the time of registration to get a reduced registration fee. If you are not an EAACI member or have not yet paid your membership fee, please visit the MY EAACI Portal prior to completing our registration.
2 Special rate for Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital/ Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.
3 Delegates from low and middle income countries must submit an official document from their employer clearly stating their address, as well as their ID/Passport for verification.
4 Learning Lounges (LL) are designed for physical participation only. If a delegate selects a digital registration and also acquires a Learning Lounge, refunds will not be offered.
5 To apply for the First-Time Congress Fee for Local Medical Students up to 25 years old, delegates must hold an active and fully paid EAACI membership at the time of registration.
VAT
The onsite registration fees are exempt of VAT.
The online registration fees are exempt of VAT with the exception of Swiss registrations where 8.1% VAT will be applied.
Visa
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Valencia.
If you need a letter of invitation, contact support@eaaci.org after your registration fee is settled.
Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.
