Registration

Please note that additional fees of EUR 20 (for EAACI Members) and 25 EUR (for Non-Members) will apply to onsite registration at the Congress itself.

1 To benefit from the fees for EAACI Members, please pay your membership fee prior to registration and indicate your membership number in the online registration.

2 Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital / Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

3 Presentations will be held in Russian language, no translation will be provided. The registration fees apply only if the Russian Day is booked separately. If the participant is registered for the whole Congress, the Russian day is included for free.

4 The registration fees apply only if the Allied Health Day is booked separately. If the participant is registered for the whole Congress, the Allied Health Day is included for free.

The Registration Fee for Delegates Includes:

• Admission to the Congress and the Exhibition
• Pocket Programme
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

Delegates who do not want to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will benefit from a reduction in registration fee of EUR 25 when making the online registration.

EAACI Goes Green
EAACI is committed to the reducing the environmental impact of its meetings – reduce, reuse, recycle.

Bag and Printed Programme Opt-in
Support the EAACI Goes Green initiative with our opt-in options.
EAACI will provide a Pocket Programme to each delegate. However, a printed final programme is only available at an supplementary charge of EUR 20. As free WiFi is provided throughout the Congress venue, we recommend using the Congress App for obtaining detailed information on sessions, abstracts and more. The congress bag can be obtained at an extra charge of EUR 10. Look out for the opt-in information in the registration form and learn how you can support the EAACI Goes Green initiative

EAACI Members
Please note that your membership must be fully paid up in order to benefit from the reduced registration fee. Visit www.eaaci.org for more information.

Postgraduate Courses
Postgraduate Courses (PGC) will be held on 17 June 2017. The cost is EUR 85, reduced to EUR 60 for EAACI Junior members, students, nurses and dieticians. Pre-registration is required.

Learning Lounge
Learning Lounge (LL) sessions will be held during the Congress. The cost is EUR 35 per session, reduced to EUR 20 for EAACI Junior members, students, nurses and dieticians. Preregistration is required. The sessions include a small breakfast.

Groups
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 10 persons or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for early pick-up of the Congress material can be made for pre-registered groups.

Name Changes
If you are not able to attend the Congress and you are substituted by a colleague, an administrative fee of EUR 35 will be charged.

Access
Admission is for registered attendees only. Children will not be granted access to the Congress venue including the exhibition area and session rooms. Seats in the session rooms are limited. Refunds will not be made if all seats are taken. Please ensure that you access the session rooms in good time.
