IMPORTANT ALERT
There are an increasing number of fraudulent websites and individuals that impersonate EAACI and our Congress but that are in no way associated with EAACI.

We would like to alert all our members and delegates to be aware of companies claiming to be EAACI partners and we strongly advise you to only use our official Congress accommodation partners. Please also pay attention to fraudulent websites. There is only one EAACI Congress 2017 website and EAACI’s only official provider of housing and registration is KIT Group GmbH. Your money will be at risk if you use unofficial websites and EAACI will not accept any responsibility for bookings made via unofficial websites and agencies.

Hotels in Helsinki

A number of hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the Congress. Rates include breakfast and local VAT. The hotels are located mostly in the Centre with convenient and fast routes to the congress venue. Room availability is guaranteed by the Congress Secretariat until 1 April 2017.

Group Bookings

Please note that group reservations, 10 rooms or more, will be handled with separate contracts and separate regulations. Please contact eaaci2017hotels@eaaci.org for further information.

Booking and Payment of Individual Hotel Reservation

If you are paying with credit card a deposit of EUR 35 will be charged upon receipt of the hotel booking by EAACI Congress 2017 Accommodation Team. The remaining amount due for the entire accommodation costs will be charged on 3 April 2017.

Alternatively, a bank transfer for the entire accommodation amount can be made by 3 April 2017.

From 3 April 2017, only payments made by credit card will be accepted, which will be debited upon receipt of the booking. Please note that the beneficiary which will appear on your credit card statement for this payment is K.I.T. Group GmbH.

Cancellation and Change of Individual Hotel Reservation

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to the EAACI Congress 2017 Accommodation Team. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. The EAACI Congress 2017 Accommodation Team will retain the deposit of EUR 35 for cancellations received before 3 April 2017. For cancellations received after 3 April 2017, the credit card will be charged with an amount equaling the full value of the cancelled nights. This does also apply for a reduction in the length of stay if notified after 3 April 2017.
