Kindly bring your presentation in PPT format on a USB stick.

A technician will be available onsite to assist with uploading your presentation to the main system. Please ensure you contact the technician well in advance of your session to allow sufficient time for setup.

Conflict of Interest
In accordance with UEMS regulations, all oral presenters must disclose any conflicts of interest at the beginning of their presentation (second slide). This is a mandatory requirement.

No printing facilities will be available at the venue. Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you.

Your abstract number will indicate your assigned poster location.

We kindly ask you to put up your poster on Thursday, 10 September 2026, upon your arrival. At the end of the poster session on Friday, 11 September 2026, please ensure that you remove your poster. The organizers will remove any posters not taken down on time and will not take any further responsibility for the material.
