Kindly bring your presentation in PPT format on a USB stick.

A technician will be available onsite to assist with uploading your presentation to the main system. Please ensure you contact the technician well in advance of your session to allow sufficient time for setup.

Conflict of Interest
In accordance with UEMS regulations, all oral presenters must disclose any conflicts of interest at the beginning of their presentation (second slide). This is a mandatory requirement.

Printing
No printing facilities will be available at the venue. Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you.

Maximum size: 84 cm (width) × 120 cm (height)
Orientation: Portrait

Your abstract number will indicate your assigned poster location.

Posters will be displayed on a rotation basis; therefore, please hang your poster only on the day of your presentation. Posters must be removed immediately after the end of your poster session.
