Travel costs must be covered by the participant.

Registration for the Allergy School includes:

• Complimentary accommodation in a shared twin bedroom (two nights 10-12 September 2026). If you select the accommodation opt-out version, NO accommodation will be booked for you and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation
• Welcome reception on Thursday evening
• Lunch and Dinner on Friday, Coffee breaks on all days

Accommodation for registered delegates is provided in one of the three hotels below:

Hotel NH Bologna De La Gare

Mercure Bologna Centro

All hotels are within a 5-minute walk of each other.

Please note that hotel allocation will be done automatically by EAACI based on hotel availability at the time of your registration. We are not able to inform you in advance which hotel you will be assigned to. You will receive full information about your hotel, including final logistics, via email one week before the event.

If you would prefer to share a twin bedroom with another registered delegate, kindly inform us by 30 July 2026 at education@eaaci.org. Please include the name, country, and email address of the other registered delegate. Please note that requests received after this date will not be accepted. Kindly note that room allocation is subject to hotel availability, and EAACI cannot guarantee the final room or hotel allocation.

Please note that additional hotel nights must be booked directly with the hotels at your own cost. EAACI will not book any accommodation beyond the two nights mentioned above.

Please note that the purpose of the Allergy School is to allow a maximum amount of time for interaction between participants and speakers. For this reason, we do not encourage accompanying persons. Only registered participants are invited to social events.
