Kindly note, if you have selected the accommodation opt-out option during your registration, NO accommodation will be booked for you, and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation.

Please note:

• All hotels are within a 5-minute walk of each other. Hotel allocation will be done automatically by EAACI based on hotel availability at the time of your registration. We are not able to inform you in advance which hotel you will be assigned to. You will receive full information about your hotel, including final logistics, via email one week before the event.
• If you would prefer to share a twin bedroom with another registered delegate, kindly inform us by 30 July 2026 at education@eaaci.org. Please include the name, country, and email address of the other registered delegate. Please note that requests received after this date will not be accepted. Kindly note that room allocation is subject to hotel availability, and EAACI cannot guarantee the final room or hotel allocation.
• Please note that additional hotel nights must be booked directly with the hotels at your own cost. EAACI will not book any accommodation beyond the two nights mentioned above.

• The purpose of the Allergy School is to allow maximum interaction between participants and speakers. Therefore, we do not encourage accompanying persons.

Faculty Accommodation

Faculty accommodation will be booked at the Royal Carlton Hotel
