The official freight forwarding agency for the EAACI 2025 annual congress is Fairexx – Logistics for Exhibitions GmbH.
The freight handling manuals and other important forms are now available to download below.
Set up & dismantling wristbands > important information
The set up & dismantling wristband will be issued for every person working at the stand during set up & dismantling times. Fairex will NOT be handling Set up and dismantling passes this year. It will be managed by H&S agency “EventPlusOne”.
With the set up & dismantling wristband/pass you have only access to the exhibition area. Once the contractor / exhibitor has completed a site induction they will receive a wristband.
Wristbands must be worn at all times.
The site induction details are sent through to the exhibitor / contractor once all stand plans etc have been received. Each exhibitor / contractor has a choice to complete prior to the build-up or on-site.
