The official freight forwarding agency for the EAACI 2024 annual congress is Fairexx – Logistics for Exhibitions GmbH.
The freight handling manuals and other important forms are now available below to download.
Set up and dismantling pass important information
To be able to access the venue for EAACI Annual Congress 2024 set up and dismantling, it is necessary to fill in the PDF form (EAACI_SET UP PASSES CAE.EDT) and send it to the following mail: passes.eaaci@feriavalencia.com (set up/dismantling passes will be sent back to the same email address used in the application process).
NO personnel will be able to access the venue for set up & dismantling without these set up/dismantling passes.
The table below does not show the specific schedule, it serves as a general view of the timetables of the congress day by day and is subject to modifications. The set up and dismantling period is limited from 8:00H to 20:00H.
We remind you that access to pavilions 1 2 & 3 (level 3) for both trucks and vans will be through the roundabout access near pavilion 8. https://maps.app.goo.gl/ekc7RVbeJey6Qhto9. Please contact the EAACI Freight/logistics official agent: FAIREXX to schedule your unloading and pickup times.
Access to pavilions by foot will be through the entrance in front of hotel feria. There, you will find a set up pass control and the official set up dates.

To prevent cues and long waiting times, we appreciate you have the documentation ready when you access the venue.
You will not be able to enter the rented spaces for the event from another side.
