Industry Private Meeting Rooms

Industry private meeting rooms are conveniently located in the EAACI annual congress venue each year and allow confidential talks in a quiet and private atmosphere without being disturbed.

Standard included benefits: 

• 1 room set-up with boardroom format
• Free WIFI
• Cleaning once a day in the evening
• Waste bin
• Signage with company name

Standard on request items: 

• Audio Visual, catering and extra furniture at additional expense
• Change of room format setup at additional expense

Additional Information: 

• EAACI Founder Sponsors have first priority selection of rooms (once available). Afterwards, rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to all other sponsors.
• Full conference period bookings will be given priority.
• Full day bookings or half day bookings available (specific times vary each year depending on the venue)
• Bookings on Thursday and Monday are available on request: sponsors@eaaci.org
