Shipping & Handling information @ EAACI 2026
The official freight forwarding agency for the EAACI 2026 annual congress is Fairexx – Logistics for Exhibitions GmbH.
The freight handling manuals and other important forms will be available to download below by end of January 2026.
Set up & dismantling wristbands > important information
The set up & dismantling wristband will be issued for every person working at the stand during set up & dismantling times. Fairex will NOT be handling Set up and dismantling passes this year. It will be managed again by a third party agency EAACI affiliate.
With the set up & dismantling wristband/pass you have only access to the exhibition area. Once the contractor / exhibitor has completed a site induction they will receive a wristband.
Wristbands must be worn at all times.
The site induction form is normally sent to the contractor / exhibitor once all stand plans etc have been uploaded through the portal (https://exhibitors.eaaci2026.online/). Each exhibitor / contractor has a choice to complete prior to the build-up or on-site.
All other information pertaining to shipping and handling of freight will be available to download in late January 2026.
