Group Delegate Registrations
EAACI encourages all industry to use its official Group Registrations Portal. It is a vital tool for managing delegate participation in the EAACI Annual Congress, particularly for companies, institutions, and travel agencies handling multiple registrations. Here’s an overview of why it is important to use:
Centralised & Streamlined Management
The portal provides a central platform for handling all group-related registration tasks, from booking and payment to modifying participant details. This significantly reduces the administrative burden and improves efficiency for group organisers.
Real-Time Overview & Tracking
Users can track the status of each registration in real time — including payment status, confirmation, and attendee-specific information — which ensures greater transparency and control.
Flexible Delegate Management
Organisers can add, edit, or substitute participants with ease before the official deadlines. This flexibility is particularly important when managing large groups where last-minute changes are common.
Improved Communication
The portal helps centralise communication between the organiser and EAACI Registration Services, enabling faster response times and better issue resolution compared to individual email exchanges.
Compliance & Accuracy
By using the official portal, all registrations are handled within EAACI’s secure environment, ensuring data protection compliance and accurate participant records, which is essential for certification, CME credits, and badge printing.
Invoicing & Documentation
The system generates consolidated invoices and downloadable summaries, making it easier for companies to manage budgets, accounting, and internal reporting.
EAACI Industry Reward Points Eligibility
EAACI reward points are allocated only to an industry sponsor if registrations are completed through the official group registrations portal, making it essential for sponsors and agencies wishing to benefit from the EAACI Sponsorship Points Reward System.
Instructions on how to access the Group Registration Portal, how to register a group, together with additional information on the processing the data are located here on the ESOP > https://www.eaaci.org/sponsorship/group-delegate-registration

Expected registration deadlines
For all EAACI Annual Congress and Focused Meetings it is expected that each sponsor will acknowledge the requirement and submit their allocation of delegate complimentary full names (through the EAACI Complimentary Registrations Portal) 30 days prior to the congress or event start date. If this deadline is not met, then the complimentary registration(s) will expire and will not be be redeemable. This deadline is essential to allow the organisers (specifically the EAACI registration team) the time to plan efficiently around the following areas:
- Logistics & badge printing
- Onsite planning
- IT systems
- Security & compliance
- Visa & travel support
- Sponsor services
EAACI appreciates the cooperation with its sponsors and the delegates they provide support to.
