Booking procedure
EAACI accepts the booking of onsite exhibition spaces up online only. All orders are processed on the EAACI Sponsor Online Platform (ESOP)
To choose exhibition spaces at EAACI annual congress or other educational events, the following process must be followed:
- All sponsors must complete a booking on the ESOP for the desired amount of exhibition space (agreeing to the booking T&Cs)
- The ESOP order will remain “Pending” until EAACI contacts the sponsor to ask for their specific placement on the exhibition floor technical plan
- All allocations (i.e. specific placements) of exhibition space will be allocated through a priority systen:
- First priority to all EAACI Founder Sponsors
- Second Priority all other sponsors (first in, first served)
- NB. The EAACI ranking system is currently only used for Annual Congress exhibition allocations. Click here for more information on the ranking system and allocation points of its points.
- Once the sponsor has confirmed their specific placement of their booth space on the exhibition floor technical plan, the ESOP order will be updated to “Confirmed/Approved”
