Accommodation
EAACI has appointed K.I.T. Group as the official and exclusive hotel accommodation agent for EAACI Hybrid Congress 2022. Your hotel reservations will be part of the congress block, and K.I.T. Group will be available to provide support before the congress. EAACI strongly recommends delegates book via the K.I.T. Group, as we are aware of fraudulent groups acting as housing agents that claim to be associated with the congress. Regretfully, we cannot offer any support with any bookings made via these fraudulent companies.
Hotels in Prague
Several hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the congress. Rates include breakfast, local VAT, and applicable city tax. The hotels are located both near the congress venue and in the city center with convenient and fast routes to the congress venue.
Room allotments are pre-blocked by the accommodation agent until 1 June 2022. The offered rooms are subject to availability. If availability is given, last-minute bookings will be possible until 1 July 2022.

Group Bookings
Please note that group reservations of 10 rooms or more will be handled with separate contracts and separate regulations. Please contact hotels@eaaci.org for further information.
Booking and Payment of Individual Hotel Reservation
Delegates can decide on the type of payment (bank transfer or credit card payment) until 1 April 2022.
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, a payment order will be sent out by e-mail to the requesting delegate. A bank transfer for the entire due accommodation amount (free of any bank fees) can be made by this date.
When using a credit card, K.I.T. Group will charge a deposit of 35 EUR per room upon placing the booking. On 1 April 2022, K.I.T. Group will charge the remaining balance due for the hotel booking to all credit cards.
After 1 April 2022, only credit card payments are accepted.
Should K.I.T. Group not receive payment on time or not be able to debit the provided credit card on 1 April 2022, the hotel reservation will be canceled in line with the cancellation conditions.
Confirmation and Invoice
Confirmation of the hotel booking will be sent out upon receipt of the housing request and full credit card details or payment of the full accommodation value by bank transfer. The accommodation invoice will be sent out automatically to each delegate before the beginning of congress.
Changes and Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail) to K.I.T. Group.
Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.
For cancellations received between 1 April, 2022 and 10 April 2022, 50% of the total hotel booking amount will be charged by K.I.T. Group.
For cancellations received after 10 April 2022, no refunds will be possible. After this date, the reservation’s full value indicated on the hotel reservation form will be charged.
