Registration is only available for successful abstract submitters.
70 accepted abstract submitters will be invited to register for the event based on the quality of the submitted abstract.

In order to benefit from free registration, your membership must be active by the time the abstract is submitted. If this is not the case, your application will be treated as Non-member and Winter School registration will cost EUR 500.
**Registration for EAACI Members
In order to benefit from the reduced rate, your membership must be active and fully paid by the time the abstract is submitted. If this is not the case, your application will be treated as Non-member and Winter School registration will cost EUR 500.
Registration for the Winter School includes:
- Complimentary accommodation in a shared twin and triple bedroom (three nights, 26-28 January 2023). If you select the accommodation opt-out version, NO accommodation will be booked for you and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation.
- Welcome reception on Thursday
- Dinners on Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Coffee breaks on Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Accommodation is provided at the Sunstar Hotel Davos in a shared triple and twin room for 3 nights (26- 28 January 2023) with breakfast and dinner. This hotel will also be the meeting venue. Please note that additional hotel nights need to be booked directly with the hotel at your own cost. EAACI will not book any accommodation outside the 3 nights mentioned above.
Travel costs must be covered by the participant.
Should you change your mind and require shared accommodation after registration, EAACI will be glad to help, however, we cannot guarantee availability. Kindly note that if you change your accommodation, you will be charged a EUR 50.00 administration fee. Please send an email to events@eaaci.org.
Please note that the purpose of the Winter School is to allow a maximum amount of time for interaction between participants and speakers. For this reason, we do not encourage accompanying persons. Only registered participants are invited to social events.
If you wish to utilize your EAACI Voucher for payment, please enable the “Voucher” button which is visible on the “Summary & Submit” page. Kindly note that once your registration has been submitted, voucher payment is not applicable.
The COVID-19 pandemic is subject to changes
The EAACI Winter School Davos 2023 will be organized in accordance with all local COVID-19 restrictions that are in force in Davos, Switzerland in January 2023 and all relevant government protocols must be adhered to by all participants. Attendees in Switzerland can have confidence that EAACI Winter School Davos 2023 is being planned based on the latest EU guidelines to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all attendees including the required use of masks, social distancing, smaller capacity meeting rooms, and additional spacing throughout the Sunstar Hotel.
