Accommodation
The organisers have secured a number of special priced rooms at the meeting venue, Postillion Convention Centre & Hotel. If you wish to book your room at the discounted rate of EUR 154 per night at Postillion Hotel Amsterdam please write them an email at reservations@postillionhotels.com. Alternatively you can book standard rated rooms directly on the hotel website.

To benefit from the reduced EAACI Member rates, please ensure your 2019 membership fee is paid prior to registration and indicate your membership number in the online registration.

Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital / Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

EAACI will provide a pocket programme to each delegate.

On-Site Registration in Amsterdam
The registration desk will be located in the Postillion Convention Center in the Foyer area, on the ground floor.

Terms of Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be confirmed to EAACI (events@eaaci.org) in writing no later than 24 October 2019, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Refund requests will be processed within two months after the end of the meeting.
Refunds will be credited only to the person / entity who / which paid the original registration.

Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for an administrative fee of EUR 20.00.
