General Information
Badges
Registration badges will be used during the meeting. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. If you lose your badge, a new one can be purchases at a cost of EUR 20 from the Registration Desk.
Certificate of Attendance and CME Certificate
The Certificate of Attendance as well as the CME certificate can be downloaded online, after completing the delegates’ survey, which will be sent to the participating delegates via email around one week after the meeting.

The local currency is the Euro (EUR)
Electricity
The standard voltage in the Netherlands is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Power sockets are of type C and F.
Exhibition
The exhibition of the meeting will be held in the Exhibition Area of the Postillion Convention Centre. The opening hours of the exhibition are as follows:

Friday, 29 November 2019 09:30 – 17:00
Saturday, 30 November 2019 09:30 – 12:30
Food and beverage
The registration fees include a welcome reception and coffee break on Thursday, 2 coffee breaks and one lunch on Friday and one coffee break on Saturday. Any other food and beverages consumption need to be paid by the participants. The catering area is located on the first floor opposite the main plenary room.
Insurance/Disclaimer
EAACI will not be held liable for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property incurred by participants at the ISMA 2019. Participants are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover loss incurred in the event of cancellation, medical expenses or damage to or loss of personal effects when traveling outside of their own countries. EAACI cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of the event, proceedings arising from natural, political, social or economic events or other unforeseen incidents beyond its control.
Registration of a participant implies acceptance of this condition. The materials presented at this continuing medical education activity are made available for educational purposes only.
Language
The official language of the meeting is English.
Local Time
During ISMA 2019 the local time will be CET (Central European Time).
Meals and Coffees
Coffee and lunch breaks are included in the registration fee.
Mobile Phone Policy
Please respect the meeting policy and keep mobile phones on silent in all meeting rooms, the Exhibition Hall and Poster Area.
Photography and Video
Kindly respect that photography and video recording in the session rooms is strictly forbidden.
Public Transportation
Amsterdam public transportation is clean, fast, safe, extensive and efficient. Postillion Hotel Amsterdam is a 3-minute walk (230 meters) to Postillion Hotel Amsterdam from Overamstel underground station. Take the 50 or 51 underground from Central Station, Amsterdam RAI Station, Amsterdam Amstel Station, Duivendrecht Station or Amsterdam Zuid Station. Get off at Overamstel.
Registration desk
The registration desk is located on the ground floor of the Postillion Convention Centre.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in the congress venues.
Travel Grant Awardees of ISMA 2019
A limited number of travel grants are offered to EAACI Junior Members who are the presenting authors of an accepted abstract. Those who are awarded a travel grant will receive travel costs refunded up to EUR 250 and will be reimbursed after the meeting.
