To benefit from the reduced EAACI Member rates, please ensure your 2018 membership fee is paid prior to registration and indicate your membership number in the online registration. If you are not yet an EAACI Member but would like to join, please fill out the application form here.
Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital / Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

Group Bookings
Due to the new CME 2.0 regulations, group reservations will be proceeded through the online registration portal only, and cannot be handled by the organising body.

EAACI will provide a pocket programme to each delegate.
On-Site Registration in Madrid
The registration desk will be located in the Meliá Avenida América Hotel at the Foyer La Cheminee, on the ground floor. Please follow the EAACI signs from the reception.
Terms of Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to EAACI. Cancellations will be accepted until 8 October 2018, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the participant’s request. A grace period of 14 days is applicable for participants who have to withdraw their attendance. Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for a small administrative fee of EUR 20.00.
Compaint Procedure
Should you need to make a complaint, you can write directly to events@eaaci.org. EAACI will respond to complaints within a period of four weeks. Complaints will be treated confidentially and saved in our records for internal use only. In case EAACI will not answer fully to the complaint or there are complaints about EAACI and the event itself, an independent external body can be contacted too: info@rebo.ch REBO Treuhand Rechtsberatung & Organisation (Swiss Certified Fiduciary). REBOs verdict is binding for EAACI; EAACI is to take any measures required and to do so promptly. Complaints and their handling are recorded; these records are kept for a set of at least 5 years.
