Meeting Target Group
This meeting is addressed to delegates interested / working in the field of drug hypersensitivity. Students, nurses and dietician and Lab technicians are welcome to join this meeting. Participants will not need nor will be given any course material before, during or after the meeting.

Breakfast Seminars
Interested in finding out more about the underlying issues of Drug Hypersensitivity? Sign up for an additional Meet the Expert Session during your registration, with the option to take one of three sessions on Friday or one of three on Saturday. Price EUR 30.00 per seminar.

Terms of Cancellation
Cancellation of registration: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to EAACI. Cancellations will be accepted until 16 March 2018, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the participant request. A grace period of fourteen days is applicable for participants who have to renounce the attendance of the meeting.

Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for a small administrative fee of EUR 20.00.

Complaint Procedure
Should you need to make a complaint, you can write directly to EAACI will respond to complaints within a period of four weeks. Complaints will be treated confidentially and saved in our records for internal use only. In case EAACI will not answer fully to the complaint or there are complaints about EAACI and the event itself, an independent external body can be contacted too: REBO Treuhand Rechtsberatung & Organisation (Swiss Certified Fiduciary). REBOs verdict is binding for EAACI; EAACI is to take any measures required and to do so promptly. Complaints and their handling are recorded; these records are kept for a set of at least 5 years.
