*To benefit from the EAACI Member discount, please note that an active and fully paid membership is required at the time of registration to get a reduced registration fee. If you are not an EAACI member or have not yet paid your membership fee, please visit the MY EAACI portal prior to completing your registration.
Registration includes:
• Coffee breaks (morning and afternoon)
• Lunch on Friday and Saturday
• Welcome dinner on Friday
Please note that the registration fee does NOT include travel and accommodation costs, however the organisers have secured a number of special priced rooms at the selected Soho Boutique Hotels in the city centre. Please refer to Accommodation page for further information.
Please note that the purpose of the Master Class is to allow a maximum amount of time for interaction between participants and speakers. For this reason, we do not encourage accompanying persons. Only registered participants are invited to social events.
If you wish to use your EAACI Voucher for payment, please enable the “Voucher” button which is visible on the “Summary & Submit” page. Kindly note that once your registration has been submitted, voucher payment is not applicable.

Visa
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain.
If you need a letter of invitation, contact support@eaaci.org after your registration fee is settled.
Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.
