K.I.T. Group has been appointed as the official and exclusive housing agent for the EAACI Congress 2018. Your hotel reservations will be part of the congress block and the K.I.T. Group will be available to provide support before the congress as well as onsite. EAACI strongly recommends delegates to book via the K.I.T. Group, as we are aware of fraudulent groups acting as housing agents that claim to be associated with the congress. Regretfully, we cannot offer any support with any bookings made via these fraudulent companies.
Hotels in Munich
A number of hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the congress. Rates include breakfast and local VAT. The hotels are located both near the congress venue and in the city centre with convenient and fast routes to the congress venue. Room availability is guaranteed by the Congress Secretariat until 12 March 2018.

Group Bookings

Booking and Payment of Individual Hotel Reservation
Delegates have the possibility to decide on the type of payment (bank transfer or credit card payment) until 12 March 2018. If payment by bank transfer is chosen, a “payment order” will be sent out by e-mail to the requesting delegate, which should be settled within a week’s time.
If payment by credit card is chosen, K.I.T. Group will charge a deposit of 35 EUR per room at the end of the online booking process.
Full payment of the entire accommodation must be made by 12 March 2018. On the same day, K.I.T. Group will also charge the remaining balance due for the entire hotel booking to all credit cards.
After 12 March 2018 only credit card payments will be accepted and the full amount due for the entire hotel booking will be debited to your credit card at the end of the online booking process.
Cancellation and Change of Individual Hotel Reservation
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing with the EAACI Congress 2018 Accommodation Team at any time. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. K.I.T. Group will retain the deposit of 35 EUR for cancellations received before 12 March 2018. For cancellations received after 12 March 2018, your credit card will be charged with an amount equalling the full value of the cancelled nights. This does also apply for a reduction in the length of stay if notified after 12 March 2018. No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 9 am the following day, and the accommodation fee will not be refundable.
