EAACI Congress 2026 – “Vision Zero: A Future Free from Allergy and Asthma Burden”

Abstracts

Abstracts will be displayed on the congress platform as of Friday, 12 June 2026. Presented abstracts will be published in the official EAACI Allergy Journal after the Congress and on EAACI content platforms (subject to consent).

Badges

Your badge will be available in the myEAACI portal from 2 June 2026. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

To avoid queues, please print your badge in colour ahead of the event. Badge holders can be collected from the registration area.

Please note:

  • Digital versions on mobile phones or tablets will not be accepted.

  • Badges are personal, individual, and non-transferable.

  • Entry may be refused without valid photo ID (Passport / ID Card / Driving Licence).

  • Lost badges can be reprinted at the Registration Desk (a fee may apply).

Your badge will be scanned at the entrance to session rooms for CME accreditation and internal EAACI statistics.

Bank / ATM Machines

ATMs are available within the congress venue and in nearby shopping areas such as Nişantaşı and Taksim.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded from the myEAACI portal after completing the delegate survey.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom will be located in the Registration area and is free of charge for congress attendees.

Important: Due to venue security regulations, suitcases should be left at hotels. All bags will be subject to inspection.

Currency

The local currency is the Turkish Lira (TRY). Onsite registration payments must be made using cashless methods (card or contactless payments).

CME Credits

The EAACI Congress 2026, Istanbul, Türkiye (12–15 June 2026), will be submitted for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

Once confirmed, CME details and credit allocation per day will be announced on the EAACI Congress website.

Congress Scholarship

EAACI Congress 2026 will award scholarships to EAACI Junior Members. Applications are made in connection with abstract submission and must be completed by the presenting author.
Each scholarship includes complimentary registration and a EUR 500 grant issued two weeks after the Congress.

EAACI will not be held liable for personal injuries or loss/damage to property during EAACI Congress 2026. Participants are advised to obtain insurance for medical expenses, cancellations, or loss of belongings.

EAACI cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by natural, political, or social events beyond its control (force majeure). Registration implies acceptance of these terms.

EAACI Campus

Located within the exhibition area, the EAACI Campus provides information on membership, publications, the EAACI Knowledge Hub, and future events.

A portion of the EAACI Congress 2026 Scientific Programme will be live-streamed via the Digital Congress Platform and app.

Exhibition

The exhibition area offers opportunities to engage with key industry leaders and explore the latest innovations in allergy and immunology.

Advertising of medicinal products must comply with Turkish and EU regulations.

Food and Beverage

A variety of sustainable and inclusive food options will be available throughout the Congress, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals.
Please note that food and beverages are not included in the registration fee.

General Assembly

EAACI’s General Assembly will be held on Monday, 15 June 2026 (07:45–08:45) in Room London. Access is restricted to members with valid 2026 membership status.

Language

The official language of EAACI Congress 2026 is English.

National Society Village

Located in the exhibition area, the National Society Village is open from 12–14 June 2026 (09:00 – 17:30). Visit to connect with national societies in allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology.

Personal Wheeled Vehicles

Hoverboards, scooters, segways, skateboards, and bicycles are not permitted within the venue.

Photography and Filming

Photography or recording in scientific sessions is prohibited.
Official EAACI photographers will capture the event, and images may be used for future promotional purposes.

Registration

Registration will take place at the main entrance of the congress venue.
Self-service badge print stations will be available.

Safety, Welfare and Behaviour

Istanbul is a vibrant and generally safe city. Please take standard precautions and remain alert to personal belongings.
Follow venue security instructions and use only marked exits in case of emergency.

Access is restricted to participants 18 years or older. EAACI maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

Session Attendance

Please arrive early to sessions as room capacity may be limited. Entry may be restricted once maximum occupancy is reached.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

The Speaker Service Centre will be located near the Registration area.
