Dr Skypala is a consultant allergy dietitian at the Royal Brompton Hospital and honorary senior clinical lecturer at Imperial College London. She has published over 85 peer-reviewed papers and books, is active in many allergy societies and currently chairs the Food Allergy Interest Group of EAACI
