EAACI Spring Meeting 2026

Dear Participants,

On behalf of the Organising Committee, a warm welcome to the EAACI Spring Meeting 2026 in Belgrade, dedicated to the theme “Prevention as Treatment: A New Paradigm”. Allergic diseases now touch the lives of a very large share of the population and of almost every family, turning allergy and clinical immunology into a core priority for modern healthcare. This meeting has been designed to address that reality by focusing on how prevention can be embedded into every stage of assessment and treatment.​

The scientific and educational programme brings together experts from EAACI sections and working groups, including paediatrics, asthma, dermatology, food allergy, immunomodulation, nutrition and the Junior Member Assembly. Across three days, participants will engage in interactive lectures, case discussions, workshops and networking activities that connect mechanistic insights with day-to-day clinical decisions. Particular emphasis is placed on early-life interventions, relapse prevention, immunotherapy, microbiome-related strategies and the prevention of comorbidities, reflecting the learning objectives of the meeting.​

A key ambition of the EAACI Spring Meeting is to strengthen ties within the regional allergy community while integrating it firmly into the wider EAACI network. By gathering colleagues from across Europe and beyond—especially from the Balkan region—we hope to stimulate lasting collaborations, mentorship relationships and new ideas that will continue well after the meeting ends. The Organising Committee looks forward to welcoming you to Belgrade and to an inspiring exchange on how, together, we can ensure that treatment truly meets prevention for our patients.
