Are you a 360° marketing and communications talent ready to bring creativity, structure, and strategy into a fast-paced international environment? We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team at the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI).

EAACI is a leading European association of clinicians, researchers, and allied health professionals dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by allergic diseases. With 16,000+ members across 124 countries and strong collaborations with over 50 National Allergy and Immunology Societies, we are at the forefront of innovation and communication in the field of allergy and immunology.

What you will do:
As a 360° communications professional, you will support the strategy and day-to-day execution of EAACI’s marketing and communication activities across departments (Events, Scientific, Education) and digital marketing platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Regularly update the corporate website and set up the initial structure for event platforms (WordPress).
• Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing and communication plans across all EAACI projects in collaboration with the Events, Scientific, and Education departments.
• Contribute to mass email campaigns, including copywriting and visual creation.
• Design in-house visual content for various channels, including social media graphics, banners, signage, event materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Coordinate visual content production with external providers when needed.
• Create and edit engaging content for both print and digital communication tools.
• Provide support for video editing and podcast production.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns across EAACI projects and collaborate with external partners such as journals, societies, and newsletter providers.
• Support social media efforts, including copywriting, visuals, and paid campaigns.
• Support the HQ Marketing & Communications team in internal and external communications, as well as outreach initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of surveys within the organisation.

What we are looking for:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Degree in marketing, communication, journalism or similar
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor)
• Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Survey Monkey)
• Ability to edit videos and podcasts
• Strong organisational skills and creativity
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including weekends, to meetings and events
