Time zone
The official SAM 2025 time zone is CET (Central European Time).

Visa
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain.
If you need a letter of invitation to support a visa application, access your SAM 2025 registration in the myEAACI portal, and submit your details using the “Generate Visa Letter” button.
Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.

Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded after completing the delegates survey, which will be sent via email after the event.
