The official PAAM 2025 timezone is CET (Central European Time).

Visa

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain.

If you need a letter of invitation to support a visa application, access your PAAM 2025 registration in the myEAACI portal, and submit your details using the “Generate Visa Letter” button. Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded from the myEAACI portal after completing the delegate survey.

Networking Hour
