The Organising Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts for Posters, Flash Talks and Oral Presentations for FAAM-EUROBAT-ISMA 2026.

  • Please note that abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Please note that there will NOT be a Late Breaking Abstract submission.
  • Abstracts will be presented only on-site in Utrecht. No online presentation will be accepted.

General abstract information

  • Original laboratory research, clinical research and case presentations are equally welcome.
  • Presentation Formats:
    • Oral Presentation (OAS)
    • Flash Talks (FT)
    • Poster (TPS)

Oral Presentation (OAS)

The Oral Presentations will be featured onsite in Utrecht during the dedicated FAAM-EUROBAT-ISMA 2026 Sessions. As presenter you are required to prepare a MS PowerPoint presentation featuring the main findings of your work.

Flash Talks Session (FT)

The Flash Talks will be featured onsite in Utrecht during the dedicated FAAM-EUROBAT-ISMA 2026 Sessions. As presenter you have the opportunity to present up to a 5-minute presentation accompanied by a short MS PowerPoint presentation. The idea is to engage with the audience with a further brief discussion.

Poster (TPS)

The Poster Presentations will take place onsite in Utrecht in the poster area. Each abstract presenter will have the opportunity to summarize their main findings and have short presentations of their work to the attendees interested during the Poster Session (TPS).

Notification of acceptance

  • Notifications of acceptance of the abstracts will be sent to the presenting author of the abstract by the end of September 2026.

Registration and publication of abstracts:

  • The presenting author of an abstract must register until 12 October 2026. The presenting author is offered a special extended “early fee”.
