The official DHM 2026 timezone is CET (Central European Time). 

Visa

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Belgium. 

If you need a letter of invitation to support a visa application, access your DHM 2026 registration in the myEAACI portal, and submit your details using the “Generate Visa Letter” button. Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.

The Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded after completing the delegates survey, which will be sent via email after the event.
