Registration
To register for Master Class Madrid, Spain 2023, please log in to the My EAACI portal. For non-members, it is mandatory to create a user account. For doing that please click here and fill out the portal registration page. This process has no costs, please proceed without EAACI membership on the 3rd step (Membership Details) of the registration process. For more information, please click here.
Group Registrations
Registration of delegates on their behalf is done through the Group Registration Portal.
How to Register a group
If you already have a personal MyEAACI profile and wish to set up a Company profile, please send an email to registration@eaaci.org and an account will be created on your behalf.
Once the request is complete, the group manager will have full access to the company profile and will be able to make any required changes.

To benefit from the EAACI Member discount, please note that an active and fully paid membership is required at the time of registration to get a reduced registration fee. If you are not an EAACI member or have not yet paid your membership fee, please visit the MY EAACI Portal prior to completing your registration.
Registration includes:
- Coffee breaks (morning and afternoon)
- Lunch on Friday and Saturday
- Welcome dinner on Friday
The registration fee does NOT include travel and accommodation costs.
Please note that the purpose of the Master Class is to allow a maximum amount of time for interaction between participants and speakers. For this reason, we do not encourage accompanying persons. Only registered participants are invited to social events.
If you wish to use your EAACI Voucher for payment, please enable the “Voucher” button which is visible on the “Summary & Submit” page. Kindly note that once your registration has been submitted, voucher payment is not applicable.
Visa
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain.
If you need a letter of invitation, contact registration@eaaci.org after your registration fee is settled.
Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.

The COVID-19 pandemic is subject to changes
The EAACI Master Class Madrid 2023 will be organized in accordance with all local COVID-19 restrictions that are in force in Madrid, Spain in May 2023 and all relevant government protocols must be adhered to by all participants.
