The EAACI Junior Members Assembly (JMA) invites Junior Members to take part in the new edition of “Tell Us About Your Project” — an initiative designed to highlight innovative research and clinical projects while strengthening clear, engaging science communication.

Participants are invited to submit a short video presentation explaining their project to a non-specialist audience.

Who Can Apply

• Open to EAACI Junior Members in good standing

• Membership must be valid at the time of submission and prize award

• One submission per person

How to Participate

Submit a short video presentation that explains your project in clear, accessible language.

Video requirements

• Maximum length: 3 minutes

• Language: English

• Format options:

  • Video with one slide shown on screen (optional), or

  • Video recording or animation (up to 3 minutes)

• Target audience: non-specialists

Focus on:

• The problem or unmet need

• Why it matters

• What you did

• The impact of your work

What to Include in Your Video (3 minutes)

• Project title and your role

• Problem or unmet need

• Your approach (in plain language)

• Key results (1–2 take-home messages)

• Impact and next steps

Technical Guidelines

• File format: .mp4

• Recommended quality: 1080p, 25–30 fps

• Record in a quiet environment with good lighting

• Use landscape orientation

• Ensure all necessary permissions for data or patient images

• Remove any identifiable personal information

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated by a jury based on the following criteria (100 points total):

• Clarity and storytelling – 30 points

• Scientific quality and rigor – 25 points

• Innovation and impact – 25 points

• Visual communication – 10 points

• Timing and delivery – 10 points

In the event of a tie, scores for innovation and impact, followed by clarity, will determine the ranking.

Prizes

• Top 3 selected videos will receive a scholarship to attend the EAACI Congress 2026 (in person)

• Selected videos will be featured on JMA social media channels and EAACI Nexus
