¹ To benefit from the EAACI Member discount, please note that an active and fully paid membership is required at the time of registration to get a reduced registration fee. If you are not an EAACI member or have not yet paid your membership fee, please visit the MY EAACI Portal prior to completing our registration.

² Special rate for Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital/ Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

VAT

The registration fees are exempt from VAT.

Visa and ETA

If you need a letter of invitation to support a visa application, access your EAACI Congress 2025 registration in the myEAACI portal, and submit your details using the “Generate Visa Letter” button. Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.

Visitors to the UK who do not need a visa for short stays will require permission to travel through an electronic travel authorisation (ETA). To check if you need to apply for an ETA, visit Apply for an electronic travel authorisation (ETA).
