FACULTY MEMEBRS AND ORAL ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

• Presentation: Please use the official PPT template attached for preparing the materials to support your presentation.
• Please bring your presentation in PPT format on a USB stick. A technician will be available onsite to assist you with uploading it to the main PC. Please make sure to contact the technician well in advance of your session to allow enough time for uploading your presentation.
• Conflict of Interest: According to UEMS regulations, all oral abstract presenters are required to disclose any conflicts of interest at the beginning of their presentation (as a second slide). Please note that this is a mandatory requirement.
• Schedule: Please reconfirm your final presentation time online before the event starts to check for any potential updates or changes to the programme schedule: EAACI – Immunology Winter School 2026 – Scientific Programme – Scientific Programme.

POSTER ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

• Printing: Please note that there will be no printing facilities available at the venue.
  We kindly advise you to print your poster before travelling to the event and bring it with you.
• Poster Material: The maximum poster size should not exceed 80 cm (width) x 120 cm (height) and must be in portrait orientation.
• Poster Sessions Room: Monachil + Güéjar + Dílar.
• Programme: Please reconfirm your final presentation time online before the event starts to check for any potential updates or changes to the programme schedule:

• Your abstract prefix number will be used to locate your assigned space in the poster area.
• Posters will be displayed on a rotation basis; therefore, please hang your poster only on the day of your presentation. Posters must be removed immediately after the end of your poster session.
