We have been informed that some participants have received unsolicited emails regarding accommodation arrangements for the Winter School, sent from the address “Housing@converiatravel.com“.

Please note that this email is not affiliated with EAACI. These messages typically request arrival and departure dates and offer flexible hotel reservations. EAACI will never contact participants about accommodation through third-party email addresses. The only valid and official communication channel for any matter related to the Winter School, including accommodation, is education@eaaci.org.

We kindly ask all participants to refrain from sharing personal information or engaging in any way with these messages.
