Badges and Identification
Each participant receives a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. This badge should be worn at all times in order to gain access to the session rooms and other events. Please note that access to the meeting areas will not be permitted without an official congress badge. If you have lost your badge, a new one can be reprinted (with proof of your original registration) at the Registration Assistance Desk for an extra fee. Your badge will be scanned at the entrance to session rooms for CME accreditation and internal EAACI statistical purposes.

The local currency is euro (EUR).
Language
The official language of the meeting is English.
Mobile Phone Policy
Please respect the meeting policy and keep your mobile phones on silent in all meeting rooms.

The international access code for Austria is +43. In case of emergency, call 112.
Visa
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering
Austria.
If you need a letter of invitation, contact registration@eaaci.org after your registration fee is settled.
Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded after completing the delegate survey, which will be sent via e-mail after the event.

By participating in the Winter School 2025 the delegate understands that recordings of the digital content and the capture of images and videos to be publicly shared are prohibited.
