Delegate Accommodation

Complimentary accommodation in a shared twin bedroom will be provided at the meeting venue, DoubleTree by Hilton Florence for two nights (4–6 September 2025).

If you select the accommodation opt-out option, NO accommodation will be booked for you, and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation.

Please note:

• Additional hotel nights must be booked directly with the hotel at your own cost. EAACI will not book any accommodation outside the two nights mentioned above.
• The purpose of the Allergy School is to allow maximum interaction between participants and speakers. Therefore, we do not encourage accompanying persons.
• If you would prefer to share a twin bedroom with other registered delegate, kindly include the name, country, and email address of the other registered delegate within the registration form or send us an email at education@eaaci.org no later than 01 August 2025. Please note that requests received after this date will not be accepted. Kindly note, room allocation is subject to hotel availability, and EAACI cannot guarantee final room allocation.

Faculty Accommodation

Faculty accommodation will be booked at the meeting venue, DoubleTree by Hilton Florence, in rooms exclusively reserved for faculty members.
