*To benefit from the EAACI Member discount, please note that an active and fully paid membership is required at the time of registration to get a reduced registration fee. If you are not an EAACI member or have not yet paid your membership fee, please visit the MY EAACI Portal prior to completing our registration.
Travel costs must be covered by the participant.

Registration for the Allergy School includes:
Complimentary accommodation in a shared twin bedroom (two nights 04-05 September 2025) If you select the accommodation opt-out version, NO accommodation will be booked for you and EAACI will not be responsible for the booking or payment of your accommodation.

Accommodation for registered delegates is provided at the meeting venue Hilton Florence Metropole in a shared twin bedroom for 2 nights 04-05 September 2025.
Important: Kindly note that the Hilton Florence Metropole will be rebranded as DoubleTree by Hilton Florence at the end of May.
If you would prefer to share a twin bedroom with another registered delegate, kindly inform us by 01 August 2025 at education@eaaci.org. Please include the name, country, and email address of the other registered delegate. Please note that requests received after this date will not be accepted. Kindly note, room allocation is subject to hotel availability, and EAACI cannot guarantee final room allocation.
Please note that additional hotel nights need to be booked directly with the hotel at your own cost. EAACI will not book any accommodation outside the 2 nights mentioned above.
Please note that the purpose of the Allergy School is to allow a maximum amount of time for interaction between participants and speakers. For this reason, we do not encourage accompanying persons. Only registered participants are invited to social events.

If you wish to utilize your EAACI Voucher for payment, please enable the “Voucher” button which is visible on the “Summary & Submit” page. Kindly note that once your registration has been submitted, voucher payment is not applicable.

The onsite registration fees are exempt of VAT.
Visa
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Florence, Italy.
If you need a letter of invitation, contact support@eaaci.org after your registration fee is settled.
Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.
