We are pleased to invite you to the EAACI Allergy School Biologicals, Type 2 Inflammation and Eosinophil-Associated Diseases 2025, which will take place between 04–06 September 2025 in the picturesque region of Florence, Italy.

Florence, renowned for its Renaissance art, architectural treasures, and vibrant cultural scene, offers the perfect backdrop for immersive learning and meaningful exchange. This captivating city will host an enriching academic programme focused on deepening our understanding of type 2 inflammation and eosinophil-associated diseases.

The Allergy School aims to provide an in-depth update on the latest advancements in both basic and clinical immunology, with a particular emphasis on innovative diagnostic strategies and therapeutic opportunities. Diseases such as severe bronchial asthma, nasal polyposis, eosinophilic esophagitis, hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES), and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) will be examined in detail. While traditionally managed with corticosteroids or immunosuppressants, these conditions can now be approached with cutting-edge biological therapies, representing a transformative shift in clinical practice.

Our educational programme is specifically designed for young allergists, fellows in allergy, EAACI Junior Members, junior researchers and scientists, as well as ENTs, gastroenterologists, and pneumologists involved in the multidisciplinary care of eosinophil-related diseases across both adult and paediatric populations.

By the end of the course, participants will have gained valuable insights into the appropriate timing and rationale for prescribing biologicals, and how to collaboratively manage eosinophilic diseases within multidisciplinary teams—ensuring an immediate and lasting impact on clinical practice.
