Dr. Polina Pyatilova is a dermatologist and a clinical researcher at the Institute of Allergology, Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Her primary scientific focus is on mast cell-driven disorders, such as mastocytosis and urticaria. She completed a residency in dermatology and venereology in 2015, and further advanced her qualifications by defending her doctoral thesis in 2019, which focused on developing diagnostic algorithms for patients with mastocytosis. From 2015 to 2021, Dr. Pyatilova served as a specialist in dermatology at her alma mater, and further developed her expertise in dermatology. Since 2021, she has been employed first as a clinical researcher and later as a physician at Charité . Dr. Pyatilova is an active member of several professional organizations, including EADV, EMBRN, ADF, ECNM, WAO, and serves as a Junior Member Board member Representative for Dermatology section in EAACI.
