Specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of food allergy, with extensive experience in oral immunotherapy treatment with food.

Member of the Working Group on Food Allergy Research of Spanish Society of Paediatric Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology (SEICAP). EAACI Member.

Co-author of 'The Diagnostic and Therapeutic Protocols in Allergy and Clinical Immunology' of the Spanish Paediatric Societies AEP and SEICAP. Co-author of 'The First National Consensus Document on Non-IgE-Mediated Cow's Milk Allergy.

Oral communications at National and International Congresses. Recently awarded the 3rd prize for the best oral communication at the Spanish Paediatric Allergy Congress . 

Trainer in courses on food allergy for primary care paediatricians.
