Dr. Agnes Leung is a Paediatric Immunology, Allergy and Infectious Diseases fellow, currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Paediatrics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr Leung is an active clinician, educator, and researcher. The goal of her research is to provide effective preventive methods and safe and novel treatment strategies for patients with food allergies. Her team is currently interested in novel biomarkers and immunotherapy for food allergy, clinical phenotyping and molecular characterization of seafood allergies, and the study of preventive strategies for allergic diseases.

She is the associate editor of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology (PAI) and currently a Junior Committee lead and board of director of the Asia Pacific Academy of Pediatric Allergy, Respirology & Immunology (APAPARI) and leads the Asia-Pacific Research Network for Anaphylaxis (APRA). She is also an active committee member of the World Allergy Organization (WAO).
