Born in Chicago, then moved to California. Received B.S. degree in Microbiology at University of California Berkeley, then received medical degree at Georgetown School of Medicine in Washington, DC. Completed a Pediatric residency then Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. Currently practicing in a community-based group practice in Santa Barbara, CA.
