Former president of EFA (European Federation of Allergy and Airway diseases Patient associations) and a member of the board for a national working committee on food allergy in Sweden. Chairperson for a committee within ELF (European Lung Foundation). GINA advocate since 2019

Mikaela joined Swedish Asthma and Allergy association 26years ago and is still active in the local association. She is asthmatic and has three children that suffers from asthma and allergies.
