ISAF Hybrid 2023 Back

I finished medical school in 1987. I took my specialty degree on 1994. I did a post-doctoral fellowship from 1996 to 1998 at Royal Brompton Hospital, National Heart & Lung institute. At 12/2020 I was elected as full Professor. My main research and clinical interests are Asthma & COPD. I am member of the European Respiratory Society [FERS 2018],  EAACI and Fellow of American College Chest Physicians. Course Organizer of European diploma in Respiratory medicine preparation committee. E-learning resources director & member of the ERS educational council 2018-2021 and Programmes director elect for ERS 2023-2026. In 2022 I received the annual teaching award from ERS. I have 180 publications in medical indexed journals.  In 2010 I received the annual ERS award for inflammatory airway diseases. I have already served as a reviewer in more than 80 pub med indexed journals. I am member of editorial board for the Allergy journal and the Plos one journal.
