Dr Rongfei Zhu is the head of Department of Allergy of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Dr Zhu got his Doctoral Degree in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2011. He was an academic visitor in Imperial College London from 2019-2020. He has been focused on respiratory allergic diseases for 20 years and gained recognition for his clinical and research expertise in allergic rhinitis and allergen immunotherapy. He has published more than 70 original scientific peer-reviewed articles. Dr Zhu has served as committee members of several academic societies including Chinese Society of Allergy (CSA) and Chinese College of Allergy and Asthma (CCAA). He has been elected as editor of several scientific journals including International Archive of Allergy and Immunology and Frontiers in Allergy (associate editor).
