Janne received her Master of Biomedical Sciences (with distinction) at KU Leuven in 2018. She also obtained a Bachelor's in Biomedical Laboratory Technology at UCLL (with distinction) in 2020. Currently, she is a PhD student within the Doctoral Training program in Biomedical Sciences at the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Research group, KU Leuven.
