Ewa Daniél is co-founder and chemical director at AllergyCertified, an international allergy certification entity. She holds a Master of Science degree from Roskilde University Center, with a specialised focus in toxicology and risk assessment.

She worked as leading toxicologist in the Danish Asthma and Allergy association before founding AllergyCertified.

At AllergyCertified, Ewa plays a key role in the certification process. She is responsible for ensuring that the products and raw materials assessed by the organization do not contain allergenic impurities that may cause a reaction for users.
