Beth received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Johns Hopkins and her Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from UCLA. She pursued the biopharmaceutical industry, where she worked at Alpha Therapeutic and in the BioSurgery division of Baxter BioScience. From there she transitioned to the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and lab service fields and has worked at companies such as Focus Diagnostics, Quest Diagnostics, MDxHealth, ProteoGenix, and Biomerica, among others. She has developed a variety of molecular and immunodiagnostic tests and products ranging from professional to over-the-counter use.
